I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I have been to many different dermatology but no one was as good as Dr. Burnett. my first visit she was able to treat my condition and i have been going to her ever since. she is very good at whet she does

This doctor used cauterization to remove a broken blood vessel on my face. After coming back for a check up, she seemed extremely concerned that it was coming back. I trusted this doctor and agreed to let her work on it a bit more. Well she went too deep with the cauterizing and now I have a very unsightly scar on my face. I was not informed that this would be the result. I now have BDD and have anxiety attacks every time I have to leave the house. Make up will not cover this scar. Wish I never set foot in her office. She seemed too quick to decide that something as risky as cauterization was the only choice. She provided no before and after pictures.

This doctor talked me into having basal cell skin cancer surgery 10 minutes after she gave me biopsy results. I was alone, in shock, and I was not advised of any options such as Mohs surgery & was given the impression it was necessary to operate immediately. I now have a large facial scar for life.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was very pleased to see that their equipment was state-of-the-art and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that everything was so advanced. I found Dr. Burnett easy to talk to and very knowledgeable!
