I recently had lipo done here, and when I tell you I couldn't be more satisfied The staff was excellent. They made me feel like I was real patient and not just a dollar. Dr. Jones, his assistant Griffith, the ladies at the front desk, and Safar (the lady who did my consultation) made me feel really comfortable. The results were visible right away! At first I was going to go to American Lipo centers but after reading the reviews and speaking with someone I changed my mind. Even though the price was a lil higher here at Sono Bello I got what I paid for and Im truly happy. NO LIE, I'll def be back!! I Im feeling myself, im feeling myself in my Beyoncé voice :)

The saying "what you see is what you get" is very true for Sono bello. The environment and staff are extremely pleasant. The small things are some times very important when making a big decision like body contouring. Some of those things include an understanding of your objectives during the consultation phase - check. Others include little wait time because we all have busy lives - check. And the big things are getting the results you expect - check check check. It's only been one week since the procedure and I see a difference already. These aren't final results but it's amazing to see and with no down time. Excellent work, Sono bello!

Sono Bello is a life changing establishment! I am very thankful that I have Sono Bello in my life. The staff here are very caring and very professional. Every staff member here has gone above and beyond to make my experience and healing process exceptional (Jackie you are truly an angel ). From the moment that I had my consultation I knew I was in the hands of the right people. Anyone considering any type of body contouring visit this location. When I went to Sono Bello, I wasn't sure what to expect...but as it turns out it is a great place! The consultation is easy & non judgmental. They will give you an idea of what to expect/how a procedure works. Also, everyone there is super nice & helpful! It's such a great way to change your body without doing anything invasive. (ie:venus freeze)

I had laser lipo done on my abdomen (upper and lower) and flanks done just over 3 months ago. Starting with my consultation my interactions have been great. My consultation was a great experience. I'd already had one prior, and this was not a sells pitch. As a matter of fact, my consultant suggested I didn't have as many areas worked on as I originally intended! What I appreciate the most is the fact that almost everyone I encountered had the procedure done themselves, so they knew what I was experiencing and were sympathetic but extremely encouraging. They sent out periodic emails with "what you can expect now" tips, which was most helpful because I didn't know what questions to ask prior to the procedure, so they addressed a lot of issues before they happened to prepare me and encouraged me post-op to maintain my results. I am very pleased with my results at 3 months out as I healed very quickly and well. I still have some swelling (which is actually encouraging!) and I believe it's because I followed the instructions provided diligently. Drink plenty of water, make sure to walk often and start exercising soon, and wear the garment 24hrs/day for at least 6 weeks, even when they say it's not required. It helps!

I will say this - I had the maximum amount of fat taken out, which affects your pain tolerance. I don't have children and have never had surgery before, so I really did underestimate the amount of pain I'd be in post-op. I came off the pain pills within 3 days but took Aleve for approx. a week because I went back to work sooner than they recommend and to make matters worse I travel for work.
I wanted to make sure I added this part because in reading the reviews prior to my procedure, I didn't know what to expect. My pain tolerance is low and the first 24 hours was excrutiating. But the more water I drank and the more I walked around, the better it got, day by day. It is imperative that you have help, just to get dressed!

OK, I will admit I was scared. The thought of being awake while having my procedure freaked me out! The staff was awesome! Sahar and Dr. Bedford are super nice (sorry I can't remember my awesome nurse's names since I was rather medicated, but they were right there to help me with everything) and always there to answer any questions I had. The procedure was pain free. At one point I actually started to fall asleep. The only pain I have experienced has been during the healing process. You feel strange sensations and the occasional pinching sensation as the feeling starts to come back. Then you just have bruising and swelling to deal with and it will go away, don't worry. The day after my procedure I could definitely tell a difference. I was already down 3 inches in my waist. And so far, I am now down a total of 6 inches and it has only been a month!! I was asked if I would do it again...YES I would definitely do it again and I would choose Sono Bello and Dr. Bedford every time. I am looking forward to my final results.

My experience was awesome from the time I booked my appointment until my last follow up visit. I had my initial consultation with Kay Love who is a floater sales person out of California. She was very knowledgeable and even though she was not the doctor she had been with the company quite some time and knew the ins and outs. I took my boyfriend and he and his questions and concerns were more than welcomed and valued just as much as mine. As with most Sonobello consults, there is some level of pressure to pay that day and there can be incentives but it is your choice. Take as much time as you like. I signed right away and was glad I did. The front desk staff were awesome as well. Very friendly and warm for any nervous patient. Who I remember the most was Suman, Dasmyn and Chae. Most of the time when I called in I spoke with Suman. You're going to be very nervous. It is to be expected. My consult with Mya (nurse) was nice as she gave a bunch of healing suggestions. The purpose of these consultations is to make sure you ask all your questions. I had done enough outside research and jotted down questions that concerned me. I met with Dr. Klein the day before my procedure but Kay Love had introduced us to him at our initial consult. At the surgery consult, I informed Dr. Klein about my sensitive skin and its ability to keloid. So he was very conscientious when performing the procedure. My scrub nurse was Jennifer and my pre scrub nurse was Alisha and my post scrub nurse was Mo. Jennifer and Alisha are newer than Mo and you can tell. They all were fantastic. Mo was the greatest! And the award goes to Mo. She's a straight talker and if you listen to her you'll be happy. She can seem a little aggressive but for me this did not pose a problem. I can tell she knew what she was doing. (Very knowledgeable) She really impressed me. I give her 5 stars as well. I didn't have as much fluid leakage because she made sure I was drained properly and thoroughly. I was fully awake during my surgery. At first I told them I wanted to be asleep but it was fine. Dr. Klein plays music from pandora. It is like oldies but it allowed me to tap my fingers and sing along. Nurse Jennifer was good at talking with you during this process. You can feel some scrubbing but it was not painful to me. Dr. Klein was the best. I give him 10 stars. I tried to do everything they asked me prior to the surgery. I stayed hydrated and drank lots and lots of water. I think this was instrumental in the amount of fat that was removed. Alisha is a new nurse and is pleasant to talk with as well. I have no real tangible complaints to be honest. The compression garments are the worst. They are so tight but worth the results. The tape on my skin pressed so hard until when we peeled the tape off some of my skin came off with the tape. So just make sure the medical tape is not pressed too hard on the skin. That's my only real complaint. Dr. Klein is so good, I could immediately see results after the surgery. I did some research on him and was pleased with what I found out. He was so attentive to sculpting my body. I am very pleased and happy. I think if I remember correctly he is one of the original doctors that started when the Atlanta Sonobello office opened up. So it's been right around a month. Most of my swelling is gone but not all. I have not lost any weight but my stomach is flatter than it's been for a long long time. I used to have a lot of hang time. It is gone! I am going to schedule some of my post treatments soon like the Venus Contour or Venus Sculpting. Hopefully this will help you.

So far the experience has been great. Everyone is very friendly and my aesthetician, Elizabeth, is the best! She makes me feel very comfortable and we have such wonderful conversations during the procedure. I'm halfway through the Venus treatments on my arms and thighs and I can see real improvements.
