My Dad had called several attorneys to help him with his Disability application and they all refused because he had not been denied. Frances Motley and Ryan sais they would help and less than three months later, Dad was approved and he has his Medicaid too.They did everything. So glad Dr. Webster gave me Mrs.Motley's number. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait
too long. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

I have never been so insulted by a lack of professionalism and lack of caring for someone with a disability. I have worked in this field for many years and have NEVER seen such. This woman is a joke. She is rude, has no compassion, and should have never entered the field. I am appaulled.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
