The Medical Center of Trinity, Trinity, Fl appears to be very secure as all visitors must have a room or area specific photo I'd pass generated at a guard desk.

The emergency room wait time on 1/1/2013 was a matter of minutes to get into an ER room. From there it went down hill. There were only three patients total in the area we were in with one physicians assistant and three RNs from what I could tell. Seemed like a great service to patient ratio. However, after approximately an hour and nurses and PA in and out four or five times, nothing was done about a painful condition that caused radical movement on the ER gurner like a fish out of water. The ER personnel walked in every so often and asked questions, but did not do anything until I said we were going home to self medicate, and then a while later I had to search for someone and raise my voice.
They finally supplied medication to alleviate some of the issue, and shortly thereafter moved us to the next level of ER care where the personnel were responsive and addressed the issues quickly.
The second level ER was good, but the poor response and care in the first level was so bad we almost left to drive 20 minutes to Mease Countryside and pay out of network prices.
The nurses in the first level ER did as much as they could, but were held back by the PA.
If the first level ER could be avoided, I say care was good, but as long as that first level is there, it is very unlikely we will ever go back for emergency care.
