They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The waiting area here is extremely spacious, clean and, very relaxing. I was a little worried that they would end my massage early, because I've had that happen at other places, but they didn't at all. They gave me a very long massage, and it was fantastic. I loved the heated table with warm flannel sheets. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They leave plenty of time in between appointments, I never feel rushed to leave. I can't wait to go back!

A wonderful experience, all my questions were answered and I could feel those knots disappear. The treatment room was comfortable, quiet and warm. They have a great new office location with Parking which was very easy to get to. Professionalism A++

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was amazed by how clean their sheets were. They looked brand new. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They were friendly and made me feel at home. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. The office was very professional and clean. I was also very impressed with the therapist knowledge of massage and rehabilitation. During my massage, I asked them to change their technique and pressure a little and they adjusted immediately. Not only did my pain decrease, but I left feeling relaxed and energized at the same time. They are were extremely careful to respect my privacy and knock every single time before they enter the massage room. Very safe and comfortable. Deep tissue and the Hot Stone Massages are by far the best I have had.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were extremely careful to always keep me covered and comfortable during my massage. They are always very respectful, and I've never felt exposed during my massage. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. This office has high professional standards with a safe peaceful atmosphere. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. As for technique and the massage overall, I was highly impressed with the skills and knowledge this therapist had. Excellent Deep Tissue Massage, she was very patient and waited for the muscles to be ready for the work. Definately Deep Work but well done. For the time invested, the rates are very fair. Thank you.
