I couldn't believe how compassionate and sympathetic they were to my fear of needles. They went out of their way to make me feel extra comfortable. I couldn't believe how easy it was to find the office! I appreciated not having to drive around for an hour searching for it!

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

Its great that they always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting long and are so quick to reply. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

When I left my treatment I felt absolutely fantastic. I didn't experience any side effects at all, and I will definitely be going back. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. This clinic is fully staffed which makes things run smooth. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place has some of the best customer service I've seen. They make it a priority to always put the customer first.
