I would definitely recommend Dr. Do to others, his sincere compassion and desire to help was obvious, I'm very grateful for the prompt reply and the kindness I was shown.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Their entire office was immaculate. It was obvious that they took very good care of it. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They did a very thorough investigation of my medical history to make sure that I would receive the most beneficial treatment. I felt like they really cared about me. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Their prices were very affordable, and they told me before my appointment how much I could expect to pay. One thing I really appreciated about them, was that they didn’t rush my appointment at all. I was able to talk about everything I needed to, without worrying about being interrupted or cut off. They made sure to investigate my medical history before they recommended a treatment option. I was confident that I was receiving the right treatment for me. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
