They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
