My name is Jim Austin, I had a wonderful experience with the Doctor Waters and his staff who backed him up each day and allowed him to provide such wonderful care to me and all of the rest of his patience. I cannot thank him and his team members enough for the outstanding job that they did while I was in their care having my Heart Bypass. Let me not forget Lisa and sylvia who worked so hard providing back up for all of Dr. Waters many patience, they allowed me to call them whenever I needed any help or was having problems of any kind. I thank Dale Olson and his team that also provided great care and must not forget all the great staff on the 6th floor. To those very special people who worked with me and walked me though the first three days of my recovery like Ryan, and all the others on the Six West, I say thanks for everything you did and the very special care that you all provided during my stay, you made my Heart Recovery a positive experience and my family, friends and I thank all of you so much. Dr. Waters explained everything in detail about the surgery. He told me what he was going to do and what to expect. He was very thorough every step of the way and made sure everyone understood and had no unanswered questions.

Dr. Waters did my valve replacement, and by pass. Thank goodness for such a good surgeon because he had some problems but he was able to overcome them and I am now on the way to recovery.
