One thing that I don't appreciate, when you try to call the office lately thephone iseither on fax or doesn't ring. You don't know if they are closed or busy. Not very professional. After treatment, my pain was markedly worse. No new treatments are evident. They've never given me any helpful nutritional or lifestyle advice. I could really use some too. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. It's not that I was dissatisfied with my visit, but I wasn't impressed with the doctor by any means. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed.
