I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
