They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. This chiropractor has never misdiagnosed me. They always are able to find the source of my pain.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
