I have been treated by Parkway Neuroscience since 2009. I have been pleased with the treatment I have received by all the medical and reception. I would not consider going to any other facility for any problems. They have kept me walking longer than anticipated and my pain is managed quite well.
Dr Winters has always been courteous and understanding. He has given me much information about my condition, treatment and future options. I trust him to make decisions in the best interest of my health.
Dr. Winter was very kind, answered all my questions, and helped me understand my condition. He stressed that surgical options were not the best for all patients and that he felt I could recover without surgery. He was a relief to have what was going on explained well and that I was able to look at a print out of the MRI and see exactly what was happening. I appreciated the promptness and positive atmosphere.
I would not have needed so many injections in 2017. If they would have given me stronger medicine 9 months ago, when I started asking for stronger medicine. I am living a lot better with not so much pain.
Amy at the check in was very pleasant. Only issue is having to reschedule appt. for my 3:40 apt was going to be cancelled. This is not the first time this has happened. Medication visits are very important visits. When you work it is hard to just reschedule.
everyone is pleasant and caring. The doctor explained all my options and my diagnosis clearly. I was able to get my first injection during the visit. Everyone is helpful and concerned.
I have appreciated all the care provided to me. I have required a lot of appointments and follow up. The only reason I have the office staff an 8 is because of issues with phone calls. I know how it is when call multiple times with questions and concerns and it is annoying- this is my first time being that annoying patient and now I see things from that perspective. It is scary being sick or having an injury and not knowing what the plan is and also dealing with insurance and disability pay. I just ask that you have a little patience with patients who are overwhelmed.
