I used Dr. Epstein for 15 years even though the waits were often 1-2 hrs! Almost a year ago I was given a flu shot there which was administered at the edge of my shoulder! The result was unbearable pain which was followed by an Orthopedic Surgeon, followed by x-rays, MRI's, Physical Therapy and a host of other specialist. Instead of seeing me through this she told me I would no longer be treated with allergy serums ETC. At my last appointment I was charged a co-payment to show her where her technician had given me the shot! It is so true that you cannot tell a book by its cover! Almost one year now and my shoulder is no where near what it was previous. Think about it.
