They didn't explain risks with my treatment options and did not respond / help when I got into trouble after following their instructions/protocol. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
