They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

Dr Berkowitz and Dr Iulo have always been caring and knowledge. I trust them with all of my pets. They both have always gone out of their way to accommodate me. So after reading the negative reviews about Gary and his weight I was appalled. How dare you comment on someone's weight, you should be ashamed of your self. It has nothing to do with his performance as vet. He cares so much, he even comes by the house when needed. I would highly recommended them both.

First off, the office staff is very nice and compassionate. However, the other reviews here describing Dr. Berkowitz (the large, barely mobile man) are spot on. He is rude, disrespectful, and scolded me in front of other customers in staff because I am unemployed and was trying to work out a payment plan. He lacks even the most rudimentary manners and is gruff, condescending, and generally a miserable person. Perhaps Dr. Berkowitz should seek a different type of employments, preferably one out of state. I understand the other doctors are professional and compassionate. Should you bring your pet to Dr. Berkowitz, you won't be pleased.
