Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. Their parking situation was very frustrating. I ended up looking around for a spot for a very long time. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. I wasn't confident that they would take good care of my pet. I didn't think that they knew what they were doing. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. Brandy, the receptionist, is very obnoxious with her constant uninterupted questioning of patients, and she's very bitchy and territorial even at other staff members' expense. Dr. Flannagan has a superiority complex and wreaks of condescension.

Awful. They don't listen to the customer, and they always argue with them. Most of the staff here don't care about the customer, but the female vet in particular is really bad.
