I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They had one of the cleanest offices I've ever seen at any vet. I appreciated that they took the time to create a sterile environment for their patients. They are by far the most respectful, courteous veterinarian I've ever met. Everyone was very friendly. I took my four cats in for shots. everything went smoothly. none of them even had time to get upset, we were in and out in no time. this is my vet of choice when we are at our vacation home.
