I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They never left my pet unattended and were very attentive and caring. I felt so much better about bringing my pet there, when they were able to answer all of my questions. I knew my pet was under the care of an expert. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
