I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was so relieved when I saw that they were using advanced, current equipment. It made me feel so much better knowing that my pet was being treated with top-of-the-line equipment. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I would trust their advice over any other veterinarian. I'm confident that my pet's health and safety is their top priority. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. When my pet had an emergency, I was so relieved when they answered my call right away. It's great to know I can count on them.
