They ignored my questions. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't make me feel welcome. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Dr. Martin took advantage of us. Our cat had crystals in his bladder. Dr. Martin was the on-call emergency vet on duty. We brought our cat in, and Dr. Martin charged us $370 for one night of treatment. Our vet charged us only $140 for three day’s treatment for the same problem.

Very frustrated re utilization of pain medications and charges that I was billed as scheduled surgery was deemed unnecessary. Vet was testy and curt when asked about preemptive use of pain medication. Their staff is friendly but there is a lack of communication between vet and front staff. Staff was confused regarding care cat received, making errant phone calls and seemed to lack knowledge regarding medication and gave no follow up care advice after questionable use of anesthesia. Additionally, staff confused as to which cat carrier belonged to me. The office had a very strong unpleasant odor that smelled much like feces. My cat came home with covered in urine and wet. I was very disappointed. I would never visit this clinic again.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They were ready for my pet and me immediately when we arrived. I never have to wait for my animal to be taking care of. I am always at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was had all information to take care of my animals. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I will be there customer for life! Wonderful staff!

Never, they are very reliable.
