They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Dr. Ewald is very thorough and works well with my dog who can be very skittish about being handled. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I found their building within a matter of seconds, and I didn’t get lost on the way there once. The directions they gave me were very clear and accurate. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. One thing I really love about them is how easy it is to get an appointment. I never have to worry that they won't be able to see my pet right away.
