We went for a tooth cleaning and general oral checkup. When we returned, he said that he, "...didn't need to do any extractions." When we inquired what he meant, he clarified that he will pull teeth if they are loose. We said we did not consent for him to pull any of our dogs' teeth, he said, "...Well sue me. That's why I have insurance."

He didn't pull our dogs' teeth, but he made it clear that he didn't need to ask us prior to doing it. Upon following up with a friend who went to the same dentist, she reported that he pulled a couple of teeth without asking. I will not be going back to this vet. purely on the lack of communication.

Dr. Brown takes time with our pets, and he is caring and knowlegable. I love his framed animal prints on the clinic walls~old fashioned pets and their "people!" It lends itself to the ambiance of an old timed, caring, carefully paced place where pets and their owners can go for information and care.

Dr. Brown's office pays close attention to me & to my cats - all of my questions were answered. The staff is always friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office is easy to locate. My family has also found this Vet to be more economical, and reasonable priced than others - quality and proefssional service for a fair price. thanx for asking, mh
