No, they gave me general adjustments that didn't address my condition
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
No, there weren't many to choose from

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. After my chiropractic treatments I no longer experience pain and don't need to take pain medication anymore. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. The treatments were not covered by insurance, I spent 5,400 which I took out a loan, after my 22 treatments were finished the original pain returned. I'm in the same pain I was in before treatment, but now paying 200.00 a month for the loan.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
