This is not a chiropractor that I would use. There are chiropractors that give you a treatment and tell you to come back if this did not work, and there are chiropractors that just do enough to make you keep coming back for treatment after treatment. This chiropractor is the later. I also noticed while in the waiting room that most of his patients were older, probably on medicare, and as they talked to the receptionist you could tell that they come often. I think sometimes that some doctors know that medicare pays for the majority of these visits and they legally milk the system. After I had two visits in two consecutive days and he didn't even work on the area that was bothering me, and wanted me to come back, and also told me that this might take several months! I went to another chiropractor in town. I went one time and had one treatment and the one treatment worked, because he worked on the area that was the problem. I would never waste my time or money on Hess' treatments again, and never would have in the first place if they would have been up front about the one treatment service I asked for when I made the appointment.
