Staff is extremely unprofessional and the receptionist was rude. The doctor I saw either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though he had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I won't return.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. It wasn't easy to find parking at their office at all. I ended up driving around looking for a spot for a long time. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. Staff is extremely unprofessional!!!!!
