Every time I tried to give them my input or concern, they just interrupted me or cut me off. They didn't care at all what I had to say. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion.

No, they definitely favor certain clients

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
