There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. As for medications, they seem to want to prescribe drugs that THEY want you to to take, rather than ones proven to work. I would say the best feature of this office is the counseling, mine was very helpful and understanding.
