A.member of my family started seeing the counselor July or August of 2011. We were forced to pay up front because we had not yet met the insurance deductible. Now 6 months later, this place has still to bill our medical insurance. I have stopped by their office twice to inquire about this and was told both times someone would call me. The fisr stop was over 17 days ago and I still have not received a call from their billing person. Very unprofessional. And the counselor was only in one day a week and rescheduled our appointments several time because she could not make it for one reason or another.
