I got an appointment quickly. I didn't wait long, in fact, I was late and she took me anyway. I think that made people behind me late, and the doctor and I apologized to them. Her office was well organized and clean. I could tell she took a lot of time making sure it was presentable, calm and comforting and full of light.. I felt that the doctor really valued my health and happiness because she scheduled a second long appointment because she knew I needed more time. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. The waiting area is rather small, and I was sorry there was no way for people in wheelchairs or with other physical difficulties to get into the office; it is at the top of a long flight of stairs. The parking is very small and hard to find a spot, but that is such a small issue when you finally find a doctor as wonderful as Susana Lugo.
