When I go in for my appointment, they always are able to pick up right where we left off at my last appointment. It's nice not to have to constantly remind them and it makes me feel like they really listen to me while I'm there. Not only did they not rush my appointment, they even let me talk past my scheduled appointment time to make sure I was able to say everything I needed. Whenever I go, they make me feel like I'm their only client. They've always gone above and beyond.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They treated me like family, not just another person with problems.
