They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
