OTM is the best! I came to OTM after years of NOT working out. They offered me an individualized plan that worked for me. I was a little hesitant because I had not been in a gym in a very long time, but they made me feel confident and gave me a plan that works. They also gave me a food plan that WORKS. I highly recommend OTM for all of your fitness needs.
OTM Fitness really got me back on track! I was going through joint issues and recovering from sugery so had a lot to contend with. But, the trainer is patient and worked with my limitations, while still helping me to achieve my fitness goals. I saw amazing results in a very short time and would highly recommend them.

OTM is great! I get great results, lots of motivation, and I get pushed to grow and increase my abilities. I've lost inches and lbs. I've also been provided a personalized plan to follow when I'm out of town, because I travel a lot. I've also been given a great food plan. I burn a MINIMUM of 800 calories per workout (and would probably burn more if I followed directions =).
