Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
