I bought a discounted couples massage off of a deals website to try this place out. I don't even know where to begin on how unbelievably unprofessional this place was. At first me and my partner thought it would be okay until we walked into a room where our massage was taking place and it was bright in the room with no music playing and no special scents. I get massages once a month due to an injury from a car accident and I have never been in a room where there was a window with bright light shining through, or no relaxing music playing. It seemed to me like they never do massages or something and they just set it up for us specifically. It was very strange and uncomfortable. Then one of the ladies whispered inappropriately to me to keep my underwear on, which really grossed me out because I have never been on a massage table where they made you keep your underwear on, I usually do keep it on but that comment made me think they dont clean their sheets. I ignored this comment and still had some hopes for it being a relaxing experience. At one point we had people walking in and out of our room in the middle of our massage, knocking on the door ect. My massage therapist felt like she had never given a massage in her life. At one point I was literally about to get up and say you know what I cant lay here anymore. It was that terrible. I was grossed out and embarrased. She rubbed my left hamstring and not my right, she touched my shoulders for 5 minutes if that and then never massaged my back. I was so confused. They used oil that would dry up in about one minute so they had to keep walking back and forth to refill their hands with oil...so this was clearly not appropriate massage oil. I feel scammed and disgusted by this place. Finally at the end she left the room for like 5 minutes in the middle of my session to come back in and put a scolding hot heating pad on me when I never asked for that. Then that was the end. I was STUNNED and BLOWN AWAY considering She still had not reached my back yet. On top of all of that at one point she was Kneading my arm so hard i thought i was going to cry it was unbearable and she kept telling me I have adhesion's on my arm that need to be rubbed out...I woke up the next morning and couldnt move my arm and had bruises all up and down my bicep. My fiance felt the same way when he got up at the end he looked at me with a look of disgust and he was extremely disappointed. This place is a joke and I really should have sued them for how horrible of an experience that was. I'm like literally scarred from getting massages anymore. Shame on them for running a business like that.
