Best decision I've made for myself in years. When I am in class, all my stress, anger, and fat burns away. Each class is full of energy! The instructors are amazing and work with you to achieve your goals. In less then 5 months,Ive lost 7 pant sizes, and still going! Ive gained self esteem, friends and a loyal workout team that helps motivate me more and more each class.
I recently started classes at I love kickboxing in Atco and I'm hooked. The classes are so much fun which makes working out a lot easier. The instructors are great and really try to push you to do better. I highly recommend it!

iLoveKickboxing really helped me. The staff are very patient and helpful, they always have your best interests at heart. The workout is tough but the results show, I've lost 15 pounds and gained a lot of muscle. It's honestly the highlight of my day.
