Even when I called late and my daughter was getting out of residential treatment and we need a psychiatrist desperately to help us with medication management, all the other offices told us that they were fully booked because of the holidays. I pleaded my case. Explained the urgency of the situation that with holidays coming up the PCP could not help us. Their staff sounded like the only ones who cared and listened. The girl at the front was very empathetic and polite. There was just no way because the doctor was out but she said she would keep trying and she did as promised. She stayed late to get all my insurance information into their system and insurance verified. She called the insurance company to make sure my deductible was met since we had just paid some major bills at the residential facility and not everything was updated on the insurance side. They did not charge me until the insurance company had processed all my claims. She just wanted to help me and for that I am very grateful. It has been a challenge working with insurance companies in and out of residential treatments. I have had one initial evaluation with the doctor and she was just perfect for our daughter. They helped me get all my records and discharge summary transferred over from the residential facility and previous doctor which would have otherwise take a long time. The staff is always patient and willing to help with anything. The doctor met with us as a family and quickly got to the issues. We saved a lot of time and money by not having to go to multiple doctors since she knew what the problem was because of her vast experience and knowledge. We have since been for a second visit and my daughter's medications are already working much better. I just wanted to share this experience for anyone out there looking for a great psychiatrist who know what they are doing and gets results. I don't know what I would have done had they not taken me in and helped when they I needed them the most.

Dr B is amazing. Recently my daughter was diagnosed with bipolar disorder with Bipolar disorder and depression nothing was working for her. Over the years we tried therapy, almost all medications her family doctor has prescribed. A friend of mine whose family treats and spoke very highly of the doctor and staff told me to go there. Their receptionist was so sweet and immediately helped me with getting my insurance and paperwork figured out. I am so glad I trusted her because when I saw the doctor she took a lot to understand me and go over what had worked and not worked for me as a whole . She came up with a lot of thing previously missed by family doctor. In just a few visits with the help of the right treatment, my depression was much better and it helped with my bipolar disorder. If I can be helped anyone can! I am feeling so much better now thanks to Dr B's help. The staff has always been friendly and easy to deal with.

Do not ever take your child here! The positive reviews on here are clearly fraudulent and filled out by staff ( receptionist). After paying $180 every month for my son to be on ADHD medications, I decided it would be in my family's best interest to use our insurance and take him to a pediatrician. They argued with me over the phone and gave me a hard time about requesting records to be transferred over to the pediatrician. My pediatrician attempted to call several times in which the calls were never returned. After 2 weeks of trying to obtain my sons records, I threatened to report them to the Medical Board. Some man got on the phone and yelled at me saying I needed to stop "harassing them, stop using profanity and stop cussing at them". I never once used profanity or showed any disrespect towards them. When I asked what profanity words they are accusing me of they told me they were going to call the cops on me. I asked the man who he was because I had never seen him in the office and reminded them it's a HIPPA violation to share my information with anyone. He would not provide his name, nor would he stop yelling at me and accussing me of things I never said. The receptionist is incredibly rude. As a health care provider myself, I am appalled to how they treated me. Do not trust them with your children or your money. All they want is your money. Read the reviews, and you will see a trend in care. The positive reviews are obviously written from the staff. There are several violations including refusal to release medical records, HIPPA, and from the way they talked to me on the phone I wouldn't be surprised if they recorded my call without my permission. They were the ones harassing me. For all those with the same disrespect from them, report them to Texas Medical Board.

This has to be the most professional office and staff that I have ever visited. Very honest with my insurance even though they uncharged me and my insurance had totally screwed up. The girl at the front worked with me so patiently with getting my claims resolved, which they really didn't have to..Dr. Bhargava has to be the best psychiatrist hands down. The diagnosis was so correct that you only had to go a few times to see the quick results. Very happy with the results.

To whom it concerns, Dr.Bhargava was highly recommended by a patient that has been going for years. I'm very disappointed to have to write this review. I'm very disappointed by the lack of professionalism I've experienced every time I call or speak to the lady at the front desk to say that you specialize in younge minds I would think there would be someone with a pleasent attitude handling appointments and dealing with consumers. I had a appointment for my child which was cancelled because the lady at the desk immediately got an attitude when I couldn't give her insurance information at that time, you don't know me or what I do for a living to determine if I could stop! I only received your call because I wear an ear piece and suri answered it for me. The front desk is a customer service job...,,,I should not have to get hung up on back to back or hear remarks telling me to go somewhere lady! Or told to find another provider....,,,so now you have put yourself in the position to determine who sees the doctor and who doesn't! I would like to think the doctor would like her business to be represented like the professional she is along with the great work she does. You, answering the phones....should be ashamed of yourself! being on a team requires the cooperation and patience to be able to help and serve customers so they can get the help they need, the doctor you work for took an oath to serve and help others have a healthy mental state,children have a healthy mind. I pray that you get to know the love of God, for if you did you wouldn't treat people the way I have been treated every time I call and try to make an appointment when rudeness comes so easily it's a part of who you are.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They never encouraged any of my negative behavior, and gave me plenty of helpful solutions for what I was going through. They were able to help me get of negative patterns and routines very quickly. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
