I have never met a Western doctor that has such an in-depth knowledge of the relationship between pharmaceutical medications and natural, holistic therapies and remedies and the interaction between the two. This is an exceptional physician. Besides his authentic compassion and actively listening to all that the patient has to say, he is absolutely a top-knotch physician and healer. He is extraordinary in his knowledge, patience, follow-up care, attention to detail. He practices modern medicine like the physicians used to...taking his time to understand the total person. He saved my life and I am so fortunate to have found him here in the States. And his office is so professionally personable with excellent customer service. What a find! Thank you ! Thank You! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this fibromyalgia doctor's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen for bio-identical hormones. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

I have had a thyroid issues for some time and have searched throughout GA for a doctor that cares and that I could afford. Dr. Cuddapah offers both.
