Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They did an amazing job at finally providing me with an accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I've been to other optometrists that didn't really help, but now I can finally see well once again. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
