My child's appointments never get canceled last minute. They are extremely reliable. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They never left my child for an extended period of time and wenever felt ignored. We felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with us and the doctor seemed to minimize my child's head injury. They didn't tell me very much about my child's treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

I've never felt compassion like I have here. I don't feel like a number nor do I feel like I am being "Treated and Streeted" like other doctors I've visited. I feel like both docs are sympathetic towards my health needs. It's been a great pleasure to have them as my physician.

"Dr. Sue" has a wonderful bedside manner and made my wife and I very comfortable with her care and concern for our new baby. She has made us feel like we were very important at all times and we've always left the office with a warm, happy feeling. She continued to ask if we had any questions and reiterated that if we thought of any questions, to call her office. I look forward to having our child cared for by her and her staff.
