My 10 year old daughter has a history of anxiety that started when she was very young. What started as "separation anxiety" as a toddler became more severe as she got older. She was anxious around large groups of people, strangers, and did not like to be away from home. She cried most days during school for 5 years. She struggled in school, as her anxiety left her unable to ask for help when needed or to complete difficult work on time. At home she was unmotivated to participate in family activities, and preferred to be alone.

My husband and I tried everything to help our child. We met with her teachers and principal, we took her to counseling, tried relaxation techniques, and took her to a psychiatrist who prescribed anti anxiety medication. We even moved her to a private school which provided a smaller class size. Nothing we tried made much of a difference.

We took her to see Dr. Val who began treating her for anxiety. Within 2 days of taking her supplements she has been like a completely different child. She is talking more, interacting with the family, and having fun! She is getting her homework done on time, has chosen to participate in a school art contest, and is looking forward to an overnight class trip in the spring. It's so nice to see our daughter laughing,smiling, and enjoying her life. She notices a difference too and has told us that she's glad she's feeling better.

During her initial visit, Dr. Val spent the time to create an appropriate plan of treatment. She and her assistant went over the plan with my daughter, and showed her how and when to take her supplements. My daughter fondly refers to Dr. Val as the "nice doctor" and we are so thankful for her care and her expertise. I would definitely recommend Abundant Life Wellness to anyone. I am so thankful for the thoughtfulness that Dr. Val and her staff has shown.

I had been having several problems for several months and my physician wasn't able to help. I decided to give Dr Val a try based on her philosophy of "medicine" described throughout her website. I am so glad that I did. At my first appointment she was very personable and I felt that she genuinely cared about me, my physical issues and getting to the root of the problem. I did everything she asked and took each supplement she recommended and within a month I was feeling great. She has the ability and insight to treat issues and get people back to how their bodies are meant to function. Money well spent. I also did a food sensitivity test and after a few weeks had lost 15 lbs. I've now lost 25 lbs. and am feeling fantastic! I would definitely recommend everyone to see Dr Val.

Dr. Val is an amazing person, friend, and doctor. She really goes above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Dr. Val makes an extra effort to get to know her patients and find out what they need. She always keeps me in her thoughts and makes me feel very important. I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was so glad that the vitamins she prescribed me worked and has drastically changed by life.

I met Dr. Val( as we affectionately call her) through family and friends. She was very patient hearing all about my and my sons (one bi-polar, other autistic) issues. They were multiple. She suggested several different supplements and homeopathic remedies. I have to say after following her regimen for only a week or 2 we all felt so much better. I myself, was dealing with a great deal of pain from an injury ,depression and anxiety. I was on many meds and was feeling "poisoned". After a couple weeks on Dr. Vals regimen she custom made for me, I was no longer feeling ill. My son with bi-polar disorder...well...I dont think he ever had it. Dr. Val started him on Up-Lift and a magnesium complex and he was my son again! Only no anxiety or extreme anger. My other son with autism, after using Up-Lift and weening him off ALL his medications is now part of our world! Hes interested in whats going on around him and wants to go wherever we are going. That is a complete turn around from previous behavior. AMAZING! Drugs are poison. They just cover up the problem instead of treating it. Thanks Dr. Val!
