The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Dr. Liu is a very good listener. He really takes his time with each patient. He was willing to prescribe low dose naltrexone to help with my MS (a deal-maker or breaker for me!), and I feel like he is quite holistically-oriented also, which I really like. His office staff is super friendly and it's easy to get an appointment scheduled. He is my third neurologist...I'm picky about who I choose to take care of me, and I would definitely pick Dr. Liu over some others. I would highly recommend him as a neurologist to anybody in need of a good one. :-)
