They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
