They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.

I a few things go wrong while going to this office. When I went there the staff never knew who I was, they would say I am so sorry Jennifer for the wait(that's not my name). Instead of doctor Snead looking at my chart before seeing me he would come in and ask if I was having a leap done today(UUUmmm NO!!) Oh that's right your here for progesterone shots(ummmm NO!!!) I was there for a sonogram had to go every single week for 28 weeks. Yet no one could remember me or my records.
Now he was amazing during my delivery only saw him for the delivery part. But he was very good with my baby.
I went back to the office for my 6 week check up and the nurse practitioner lifted my shirt and said my c-section was perfect( I said What??? I had a vaginal delivery!!!!!! Oh did you want me to check that??? UUUUmmmmm isn't that what your suppose to do I asked.. Then she said oh that c-section must have been on your first child right? I said, UuUUUmmmmm this is my first child. I am not sure what a great doctors office is suppose to run like, but I am sure it is not like this one.

I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I wasn't promptly notified about my test results nor did I ever get a call. I had to call them myself to get my results. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. He has something against younger unwed mothers, as I have other friends who go to him as well, and they feel the same. He makes it known that he thinks your questions are trivial, and does things at HIS convenience, never considering your outlook on things.
