I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They truly go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at tons of places, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The chemistry between the staff reassured my confidence in this acupuncturist. Everyone was so professional and talked with respect for the acupuncturist and the art of acupuncture itself. I couldn't believe how easy it was to find the office! I appreciated not having to drive around for an hour searching for it!

They gave me a very thorough explanation about how acupuncture works and why its effective. They were happy to answer every question I had.
