I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I eventually left due to the unpleasantness and uncaring attitude of the office staff in Encino during my wife’s visit to Dr. Kerner. We were both so uncomfortable that we left without seeing him. It was not unlike a visit to the DMV.
