It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Brigitta was very flexible, which I liked. My appointment started on time. I felt safe upon arriving at this clinic. It was in a nice neighborhood and I had no reason to be worried about my car or anything while I was inside. Brigitta let the results speak for themselves.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I loved that I felt like a personal friend, instead of a patient with a problem. They took the time to get to know me and it really made all the difference in the world! Thank you!

One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. My appointment lasted longer than closing time and they were more than happy to stay open until I was finished. I was very grateful for that. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. "I met Brigitta at TORN networking group a few months ago. I was excited to find out she was a licensed acupuncturist. We have been working together now for a couple of weeks. My goals are to manage stress, loss weight and have balance. After just one full treatment I noticed I had lost 3 lbs and kept it off. After the next treatment I lost another 2 lbs. so far after 3 ession I have successfully kept the 5 lbs off and feel amazing. I know results are not the same for everyone yet nothing else I was doing-diet & exercise was addressing the interal hormonal issues I was dealing with. Thank you Brigitta! I am confident I will hit my goal of maintaining a loss of 20 lbs in less than 2 months."

Brigitta is professional and very excited to share everything she knows about holistic health! I had cupping for the first time, and it did help with tension in my back. I also had acupuncture treatment for my cold, and it really brought it to the surface and helped me more effectively fight the cold. I will continue to use her services and highly recommend her to others!

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
Did this acupuncturist provide holistic care, or did they only treat your symptoms?
They provided comprehensive holistic care. They knew that just treating my symptoms wouldn't be effective
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

I suffered from back pain after pulling my back in the gym by accident. I was really skeptical about acupuncture( and even concerned if it's going to be painful) when my friend suggested me to contact 12 meridians acupuncture (she also had some issues with leg muscle pain and was very impressed with her treatments). I should admit that I was very impressed with my results as well.Not only my back pain was gone but Brigitta helped me with other health issues (I also suffered from very painful periods every single month) . Overall I would rate my experience as painless and relaxing.I would definitely recommend 12 Meridians Acupuncture to all.

Brigitta is amazing! I was extremely stressed out and always "on edge", but after a few times with her treating me, I felt very calm. Immediately I felt calm when she put one of the needles in a certain point, but after a few treatments, it lasted longer. I look forward to treatments and am very thankful to be calm at home with my family. I no longer feel as stressed out about things that I did before. I would recommend her to anybody who is looking for a great experience and a wonderful Acupuncturist.
