I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. At other places I've been to, sometimes the massage therapist's hands have been too cold, but they weren't at all here. They were the perfect temperature, which made my massage even more enjoyable.

I have been to five or six massage therapists before I found Jennifer. Although I have nothing bad to say about my previous therapists, I can't imagine switching to anyone else now. Jennifer is by far the best at what she does, and will tailor the treatment to what works best for you. I highly recommend her practice.

I have experienced many massages in the past from various massage therapists. Jenn has exceeded all of my expectations. She always customizes the massage session to meet my personal needs. We discuss muscle issues that I may be experiencing prior to the start of our session so that she knows where to concentrate her time. I would recommend Jenn to anyone seeking a GREAT massage therapist.

Jenn Thomas is by far one of the best I've ever seen in her field. It is obvious that she has been exceeding her clients' expectations for many years. Jenn always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. She always listen to every question or concern I may have. I have seen her for many years and I have had recent surgeries (two in the last 12 months) and she has been wonderful regarding treatment. She has some of the best customer service I have ever seen - putting her customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. She also knows so much about the different types of massages and services. I highly recommend her and always look forward to my appointments - as I'm sure anyone would after one visit.
