Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

A representative. I asked to meet the surgeon and they wouldn't let me

I called ahead of time to ask questions and to set an appointment. The person who answered the phone was rather rude, but I overlooked it because a coworker had been to this doctor some time before. At the time I didn't know it was the doctor herself who answered the phone and had such terrible manners. I was ignored by staff when I came in and not greeted at all by the doctor when she came in the room. She continued to be rude throughout my visit. I showed up on time for my appointment but had to wait over an hour without any apology.The treatment plan for me was way off and the doctor seemed unconcerned with working with my insurance or helping me explore my options. She pushed the most expensive and unnecessary procedures.I will never go to this doctor again and will tell everyone I know to avoid the practice at all costs! Customer service goes a long way!!!

This physician does not feel comfortable when asked questions. She performed a mini face lift which was extremely painful afterwards. Total procedure time was almost 4 hours. On my first consult she told me what I wanted to hear. Once the procedure was done she did not understand my pain. Six months later my ears are numb, swollen and in pain.
