I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. It was easy to find. Their office was very quiet & peaceful. I was able to relax very easily, the staff was very friendly and appeared efficient in the flow of patients. Wait time once in the office was immediate with the nurse and then the doc.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
